Taylor Frankie Paul is done with The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
On Monday (September 21), the 32-year-old reality star announced on Instagram that she is quitting the Hulu reality show after starring in the first five seasons.
“My gratitude goes to all the networks that supported me throughout this and gave me the chance to return,” Taylor began. “However I don’t desire to move forward like this. I originally was willing to be removed to let them all continue on with less stress and I’m back to that point.”
“Some of the girls know what I’ve been through and then to turn and collectively pile on with their ‘statements’ knowing there has been ongoing abuse through the system the last 8 months on top of what I’ve endured,” she continued. “Almost the entire cast plus some, going at me….laughing about my kids is disgusting. And I bit my tongue there. These same people had meetings telling me I need to lead the way of pay….my voice was the only one that can make it happen and then they would work from what I demanded. I’m grateful I never followed through with their requests of demands and I’m grateful I kept same pay out of fairness and integrity.”
Taylor wrote, “I treated production and crew with respect always, in fact they are ones who checked on me throughout this. I agree it’s to the point of bullying for months now. What makes it harder to take in is some of these parents have made mistakes that would result in the same judgement I’m receiving yet pointing a finger. However it’s a pleasure to remove myself so they can continue, because I’ve almost convinced myself I’m deserving of all this pain and to a certain degree absolutely this is consequences of my actions.”
“My question has been how much suffering and scrutiny is going to be enough,” she concluded. “I’m just relieved to be out.”
Season 6 is currently filming
Season six of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is currently in production, and many of the cast members were recently spotted filming in Italy.
After learning that Taylor would be returning for the new season, Mikayla Matthews announced that she was exiting the show.
Whitney Leavitt also previously announced that she is leaving the show.
Taylor‘s announcement comes following reports that she allegedly failed multiple court-ordered drug tests over the last 60 days, and her parenting time has now reportedly been reduced. TMZ alleged substances involved remain unclear, though sources claim at least one is not commonly available as a prescription medication.
How much parenting time does Taylor Frankie Paul reportedly have?
TMZ reports that, as a result, Taylor has reportedly been limited to eight hours of parenting time per week.
She is reportedly allowed four hours with the two children she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul and another four hours with the son she shares with ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen.
Taylor Frankie Paul’s ongoing custody battles
Taylor shares daughter Indy and son Ocean with Tate, as well as son Ever with Dakota.
The reported change comes after months of legal disputes involving both of her exes.
Back in March, we reported that Dakota filed for a protective order and sought custody of their son Ever.
The following month, Taylor and Dakota were ordered to stay at least 100 feet away from each other for three years, while the existing custody arrangement for Ever remained in place.
Then in June, Tate filed for a restraining order and sole custody of the two children he shares with Taylor, though his emergency request was denied by a Utah judge.
In July, Utah’s Division of Child and Family Services also filed a petition raising concerns about Taylor‘s parenting. Tate and Dakota later issued a joint statement about the ongoing proceedings.
TMZ reports that sources close to Taylor say there is a strict gag order in the case and view information being leaked to the media as part of ongoing harassment and intimidation surrounding the custody battle.
Taylor has not publicly addressed the latest allegations as of this writing.
She recently revealed that she is currently single and celibate following the drama surrounding her unaired season of The Bachelorette.
