Leonid “Leo” Radvinsky, who owned the popular website OnlyFans, has passed away after a private battle with cancer.
The company confirmed the news in a statement. He was only 43 years old.

“We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Leo Radvinsky. Leo passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. His family have requested privacy at this difficult time,” a spokesperson confirmed to Variety. No further details were revealed, including the type of cancer he battled or how long he had been ill.
OnlyFans was started back in 2016 by British entrepreneur Tim Stokely. In 2018, he acquired Fenix International Limited, which is the OnlyFans parent company. He went on to act as the director. He was also the majority shareholder.
He was born in Ukraine and eventually moved to the United States, where he earned his college degree from Northwestern University.
As of today, his net worth was estimated to be $4.7 billion, per Forbes. In 2024, OnlyFans was said to have made $1.4 billion of revenue.
