NeNe Leakes‘ son Bryson Bryant is facing more legal trouble.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s son was arrested after allegedly violating his probation, according to multiple reports.
TMZ was first to report the news, with Us Weekly later reporting on Friday (June 19) that Bryson has been held in a Georgia jail since May 1, according to jail records obtained by the outlet.
Bryson was reportedly booked for allegedly failing to meet the terms of his probation, “failing to appear,” and failing to pay child support.
What lead to Bryson Bryant’s probation?
The probation stems from his July 2023 arrest in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
At the time, Us Weekly reported that he had been booked on multiple charges, including violating probation, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, loitering, and giving a false name to a law enforcement officer.
He was accused of allegedly telling police that he was his younger half-brother, Brentt Leakes.
Bryson‘s drug charge was later dismissed as part of a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation, ordered to pay a $500 fine, complete 40 hours of community service, and submit to random drug testing.
He has reportedly failed to fulfill the conditions of his probation.
