Hilary Duff is a McDonald’s girlie!
The 38-year-old singer and actress wore a McDonald’s shirt on stage at one of her recent concerts and shared her regular order with the audience.
“It means something very important to my life, so, if you needed to know my McDonald’s order…” Hilary began.

Hilary has a very specific order, including one customization that will make you rethink the way you order next time at McDonald’s.
She revealed, “It’s a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, extra pickles, diced onions instead of sliced onions, and a four-piece chicken nugget Happy Meal so I can get some French fries. With a Diet Coke!”

Hilary Duff says Diet Coke from McDonald’s is the best
While appearing on the Mythical Kitchen podcast in March 2026, Hilary talked about McDonald’s Diet Coke.
“Do you know why a Diet Coke from McDonald’s hits different than a different Diet Coke?” Hilary asked Last Meals host Josh Scherer.
She continued, “This is what I’ve heard is that Diet Coke has a lifelong contract with McDonald’s. They get their liquid pre-mixed and delivered by truck to the McDonald’s. Everybody else who serves Diet Coke gets like the cartridges that then their machine like cracks or whatever, and then does the blend on, at the restaurant.”
Josh‘s theory is that the “straws are bigger… their straws are 0.02 inches bigger than any other fast food straw. You just get more of it.”
