America has a new favorite fast food chain!
The American Customer Satisfaction Index‘s new ranking for 2026 has been revealed and Chick-fil-A has been knocked from the top spot after leading the list for years. The study is based on more than 16,000 surveys that were completed between April 2025 and March 2026.
Chick-fil-A has been the leader for more than a decade, but it’s still ranking in second place this year. It’s also the top chicken chain of the year.
