Alex Warren already had a rough moment at the Grammys last month and now fans are calling out the iHeartRadio Awards for what just happened to him during his big moment of the night.

The 25-year-old “Ordinary” singer won the last award of the night at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday night (March 26) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

After being announced as the winner of Song of the Year for his smash hit “Ordinary,” Alex was shown looking ecstatic as he got out of his seat… and then the telecast just ended and went to a commercial break.

The Fox awards show was about two minutes over time when that moment happened and it looks like the network decided to cut Alex‘s speech instead of finishing the show.
