Magnus Ferrell just released a new version of his popular song, “Asleep Talking“!
The 22-year-old rising singer, and son of actor Will Ferrell, dropped the remixed track, with a new verse and additional vocals from another rising pops tar, Kylie Cantrall, on Friday (October 2).
“Hiding from the morning, tiptoeing across your floor / I could kiss you, but I won’t, your kiss makes me want more / And I have to leave, but if it’s really meant to be / I’ll see you again, if you’re wondering,” Kylie sings on her new second verse.
“Asleep Talking” was first released earlier this year, gaining more attention after his dad played a snippet on Michelle Obama‘s IMO podcast. Magnus‘ Instagram following then rose 500% and daily streams of the song went up 2,700%!
The song then became Magnus‘ first Billboard charting track, debuting at No 24 on the #DigitalSongSales chart in July.
