A fan theory is gaining traction online regarding Taylor Swift‘s new music!
If you don’t know, the 36-year-old superstar announced she will be releasing a new song, “Patient Zero,” this Friday (September 25).
The announcement was posted to her website, which fans realized was a video.
On TikTok, one user, @inksskni, right clicked the video to save it and noticed an interesting file name. As you may already know, Taylor Swift is well known for sharing Easter eggs and clues for her fans to find.
The file name of the video is “tspzponr-desktop.mp4.”

Breaking down the file name “tspzponr-desktop.mp4” was the next step for sleuthing Swifties!
TS is obviously for “Taylor Swift.”
“PZ” seemingly refers to “Patient Zero.”
So what does “PONR” mean?
The TikTok user showed that if you Google “PONR,” one of the abbreviated meanings is “Point of No Return.”
Some fans are thinking this could mean that Taylor is releasing a new album titled Point of No Return!

In a recent “New Heights” appearance, Travis spoke about Taylor‘s surprise Emmys appearance in a video with Mariska Hargitay.
About the cameo, he said, “Not much she can’t do. And kinda hot with a gun on her waist.”
The Internet thought this was a really sweet moment where a husband was just praising his wife. However, there could be more to it! There is actually a 1993 movie called Point of No Return starring Bridget Fonda. The movie poster features Bridget with a gun on her waist!
While an album title seems to be a possibility in the comments of the TikTok post, other theories include “Point of No Return” being a record label, or “PONR” could just mean “Pre-Order New Release.”
