The happy couple made their way to Los Angeles on Saturday, Sept. 19, for an event at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. Together, they mingled with the myriad of other stars in attendance at the high-profile event, including posing for photos with actress Bryce Dallas Howard and her dad, actor and director Ron Howard.
It was also a family affair as Kim’s momager, Kris Jenner, was also in attendance and even joined the couple for a photo.
Kim, who is a new client of stylist Law Roach, looked glamorous in a figure-hugging black sequin dress, while the seven-time Formula 1 champion kept things sleek in a black blazer and matching trousers. In pictures taken throughout the night, the couple could be seen smiling and holding hands, showing that they’re still in the honeymoon phase of their fairly-new relationship.
This date night came shortly after Kardashian and Hamilton wrapped up a busy trip to London, where Kim was celebrating the launch of Skims’ European flagship store. She didn’t stick to just one look for the occasion, stepping out in three different outfits while promoting the brand.
Of course, the reality star also made time for some fun during her stay in the U.K. Her and Lewis were spotted riding Lime bikes around London, while Kim reunited with her longtime friend and hairstylist Chris Appleton. Kim even had a little fun judging Appleton’s dance skills after he made his debut on Strictly Come Dancing. In a TikTok video, Kim held up numbered scorecards as he showed off his moves.
Behind the glamorous outings and fun date nights, however, Kim has also been dealing with a health issue that she recently revealed to her family. In a trailer for the upcoming season of The Kardashians, Kim shared that she had been diagnosed with esophagitis, a condition involving inflammation of the esophagus.
The diagnosis hit especially close to home because Kim said it was connected to her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, who died from esophageal cancer.
“I have something called esophagitis,” Kim says in the trailer.
Kris became emotional after hearing the news, telling her daughter, “I can’t, it makes me want to cry.”
Despite the scary news, Kim seems to have plenty of support from Lewis, who hasn’t been shy about their relationship after first being linked to the SKIMS founder earlier this year.
During a recent Formula 1 interview, the 41-year-old driver was asked whether he’s been a happier man this year because of his “fast car or new girlfriend.”
Hamilton did give his Ferrari some credit for his performance, but made sure to add: “And of course, of course, Kim.”
