Michael Shannon is a married man!
The 52-year-old Nuremberg actor just tied the knot with photographer Christy Bush earlier this month, Page Six reports.
According to the publication, the couple got married last week in Athens, Ga., after obtaining a marriage license on July 27th. The document has been signed, returned, and is awaiting a judge’s signature.
Michael and Christy reportedly said “I do” in her hometown in front of family, as well as “famous friends and industry people.”
It’s unclear when the couple started dating, or when they got engaged.
Earlier this year, the newlyweds were seen attending the Hermès autumn/winter 2026 men’s fashion show during Paris Fashion Week.
In October 2025, Michael and Christy were photographed at the Pasaquan art gallery in Buena Vista, Ga.
Michael and his ex-wife, Kate Arrington, quietly got divorced in 2022 after five years of marriage. They have two daughters together, Sylvia, 18, and Marion, 12.
This also marks the second marriage for Christy, who was previously married to Interpol drummer Sam Fogarino. They have a 17-year-old daughter together, Francesca.
