Hallmark Channel has announced the cast of the next Holiday Touchdown movie, which will air during the Countdown to Christmas event later this year!
The network is teaming up with the NFL team Chicago Bears for the upcoming Christmas movie, Holiday Touchdown: A Bills Love Story.
Lyndsy Fonseca and Robert Buckley will lead the cast, which will feature cameos from Chicago Bears players and local favorites, who will be announced in the future.
The news was announced by Chicago Bears team reporter Jasmine Baker in a video shared to the Hallmark Channel social media page. The cast filmed the video on the field at Solder Field, the stadium where the Bears play in Chicago.
Lyndsy will be playing Avery and Robert will be playing Matt.
Also joining the cast are Marsha Mason as Darlene, Barbara Alyn Woods as Jody, and Khary Payton as Ron. This marks a reunion for Robert and Barbara, who previously worked together on the beloved CW series One Tree Hill.
Holiday Touchdown was launched as a Hallmark franchise in 2024 with a Kansas City Chiefs movie starring Hunter King and Tyler Hynes, followed by a Buffalo Bills film starring Holland Roden and Matthew Daddario.
Hallmark is hoping to find the merriest town in America and feature the town in an upcoming movie!
